General
Who do you work with?
Companies that already run on digital tools and want to go further — either by putting AI to work in their operations, by improving their website or web applications, or both.
Do we need to be "AI-ready" first?
You need your work to happen in software and your data to be accessible. You don't need a data science team. A Readiness Assessment tells you exactly where you stand.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes, and we prefer it. We work in your tools, pair with your people and hand over documentation and training so your team can own what we build.
AI Transformation
Which AI models do you use?
We're model-neutral. We select models per use case based on quality, cost, latency and data-handling terms, and design systems so models can be swapped as the landscape changes.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
Not by us, and we choose providers and configurations whose terms prevent your data from being used for training. Where policy requires it, we can deploy privately in your environment.
How do you measure whether a pilot worked?
Before building, we agree success criteria with you — typically answer quality on a curated test set, time saved per task, adoption by real users and cost per task. The pilot report measures against those.
What if AI isn't the right answer?
Then we'll tell you. Sometimes a simpler automation, a process change or better documentation is the right fix.
Web Design & Engineering
Do you only build, or also design?
Both — and deployment and ongoing operations too. One team handles the whole lifecycle.
Which technologies do you use?
Usually a modern TypeScript stack such as Next.js and React, with a headless CMS where content editing matters. We adapt to your existing stack when that's the better choice.
Can you take over an existing site?
Yes. We start with an audit of code, hosting, performance and security, then propose a plan to stabilise and improve it.
Commercials
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we don't publish fixed prices. After a first conversation we send a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A Readiness Assessment usually runs a few weeks; a Pilot Sprint a few weeks more. Web launches vary with scope. We'll give you a timeline in the proposal.
Who owns the work?
You do. Code, configuration, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation are handed over as part of the engagement.
Still have a question?
Send it over — we'll answer directly, without a sales script.
